The invention discloses a multi-layer composite geothermal floor with aluminum alloy conducting strips, which comprises a panel, a multi-layer base material and a back plate, wherein the panel and the back plate are respectively pasted on the upper and the lower surfaces of the multi-layer base material in a gluing mode, and the multi-layer base material is glued by multiple layers of solid wood veneers. On this basis, a plurality of round through holes are arranged on the multi-layer base material in the vertical direction, aluminum alloy conducting strips are arranged in the round through holes, and are of a cylindrical shape, the heights of the aluminum alloy conducting strips are consistent with the multi-layer base material, and the upper and the lower surfaces of the aluminum alloy conducting strips are respectively clung to the bottom portion of the panel and the surface of the back plate. The multi-layer composite geothermal floor with the aluminum alloy conducting strips is reasonable in structure, improves thermal conductivity of the aluminum alloy conducting strips, and further guarantees heating effect.
