The ultralow-imbibition moisture-proof carbon crystal plate is a density plate containing 1-3wt% of graphene, and the water absorption thickness swelling rate is less than or equal to 3%. The wear-resistant layer, the impregnated paper layer, the multi-layer ultralow-imbibition moisture-proof carbon crystal plate layer and the balance paper moisture-proof layer are subjected to thermocompression bonding through thermosetting resin, the strength, corrosion resistance, worm damage resistance, moisture resistance and flame retardance of the floor are improved, deformation of the multi-layer composite reinforced geothermal floor after moisture is reduced, the heat resistance of the floor base material can be effectively improved, and the service life of the floor is prolonged. The moisture-proof size stability is realized.
