Disclosed are a mould pressing reinforcement wood floor and a production method thereof. The mould pressing reinforcement wood floor comprises an abrasion-resistant decorative film adhesive curing layer, a base material layer, a balance film adhesive curing layer from surface layer to bottom layer in turn; the decorative base paper is impregnated through amino resin and dried, an abrasion-resistant adhesive solution is arranged on the surface in an impregnation, coating or spraying mode, the surface is dried, and the decorative base paper is impregnated through high gloss impregnating resin, dried and cured in a hot press mode to form the abrasion-resistant decorative film adhesive curing layer; the high gloss impregnating resin raw materials comprise composition of melamine formaldehyde resin, plasticizer, a brightening agent, a leveling agent, a curing agent and a mould release agent. The production method comprises producing the high gloss impregnating resin; producing abrasion-resistant decorative film adhesive; producing single laminated board materials; producing high gloss surface board materials; producing mould pressing board materials; producing the mould pressing reinforcement wood floor after cutting, health maintenance balance treatment, tongue-and-groove machining and wax sealing on the mould pressing board materials.
