The invention discloses a mould pressing wood-plastic composite floor and a production process thereof. The wood-plastic composite floor comprises a base body layer and a reinforcing layer, the base body layer and the reinforcing layer are bonded through an adhesive, the periphery of the floor is provided with an arc edge and a lock catch structure, and the floors can be mutually locked and spliced through the lock catch structure; the matrix layer is a PVC plate and comprises the following raw materials: PVC resin powder type 5, a heat stabilizer, a plasticizer and a reinforcing filler; the reinforcing layer is a wood-plastic composite board and is prepared from the following raw materials: PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) resin powder type 5, PVC resin powder type 7, plant fibers, a heat stabilizer, an epoxy-terminated flame retardant, reinforcing filler, a lubricant, a white foaming agent, a yellow foaming agent, a foaming regulator and a catalyst. The wood-plastic composite floor provided by the invention has excellent flame retardant property, relatively high bending strength and relatively low water absorption rate.
