The invention aims to provide a leveling cleaner of a wall scrapper which is reasonable in design, simple in structure, easy to produce and manufacture, simple to use and operate, low in production cost, and large in social quantity demanded. The leveling cleaner consists of an outer cover, a motor, a scrapping tool bit and a lifting frame, and is characterized in that a motor shaft (10) is arranged in the middle of the inner part of the motor (9), the motor (9) is arranged in a roller shaft (8), the two ends of a motor shaft (10) are fed into bearings (2) in the middle of the two sides of a frame (11), and the outer cover (12) covers outside the frame (11); a dust discharge hole (1) is formed in the middle of the lower end of the outer cover (12), hand grabs (3) are arranged at the two sides of the middle part of the outer cover (12), a scrapper blade (4) is arranged on a scrapper head (5) which is arranged in a base (6) and the scrapper head (5) and the base (6) are integrally fixed through a screw (7).
