The present invention relates to a scraper device for a trackbed replacing vehicle, which is installed in a special railway vehicle for replacing a ballast trackbed to a concrete trackbed, in order to evenly spread ballast supplied from a hopper. The scraper device for a trackbed replacing vehicle comprises: a distributing plate (100) for distributing ballast supplied from a hopper of a trackbed replacement apparatus in a horizontal direction; a supporting body (200) for supporting the distributing plate (100) from the top; a rolling wheel (300) installed at the back end of the supporting body (200) in order to roll the supporting body (200) on the rail; a connecting means for connecting the supporting body (200) to the vehicle body of the trackbed replacement apparatus; and an elevating means for elevating the supporting body (200) from the head unit of the rail. In addition, the distributing plate (100) has a slope in the front side thereof, and has a shape in which the central unit protrudes forward and the left and right sides recede. The connecting means comprises: a horizontal supporting unit (420) protruding forward from the supporting body (200); and a vertical supporting unit (410) vertically extending from the frame in a downward direction, and rotatably connected to the front end of the horizontal supporting unit (420) at a hinge shaft (430) at the end of the lower part thereof. Moreover, the elevating means is installed at the back end of the supporting body (200) in order to move the supporting body (200) up and down from the hinge shaft (430).
