Support frame for rapid installation of wall formworks
The invention provides a support frame for rapid installation of wall formworks. The support frame comprises a large n-shaped aluminum alloy stay bar device used for inclined support of formworks, a center line aligning short U-bar, a middle support and leveling bar, an oil pressure fine tuning device and a formwork connecting device. The support frame can be used in wall formwork installing engineering, can be used for temporary standing in the period of installation and can be used for aligning, centering, fixing and supporting of the wall formworks after the wall formworks are arranged in place. The support frame is totally made of light material and is installed and detached integrally with formworks and back ribs; the temporary straightening needed when the formworks are installed in place is omitted and alignment of the wall formworks is accelerated; an inclined support device used in a formwork reinforcing process is saved; the wall formwork construction efficiency is increased; the construction cost is reduced and the operation environment is optimized; the problem of messiness of formwork construction is solved. The support frame is a tool indispensable for integrated scale construction of formwork engineering.
