Method for mounting hanging pillar
The invention is suitable for the technical field of building construction, and provides a method for mounting a hanging pillar, which comprises the steps: 1 an operation platform is erected; 2 a temporary connecting ear plate is welded on the top surface of a below base; 3 the bottom portion of the hanging pillar is welded with the temporary connecting ear plate, a bolt hole is arranged on the bottom portion of the hanging pillar, the bottom portion of the hanging pillar is welded with an upper hanging ear, and a bolt hole is arranged on an above base; 4 the hanging pillar is hung up, a bolt is screwed into the bolt hole, thereby enabling the hanging pillar to be capable of rotating around the center of the bolt; 5 the hanging pillar is descended, the bottom surface of the hanging pillar is aligned at the top surface of a below base pillar, the two connecting ear plates of the hanging pillar are connected through the bolt; 5 the elevation and the verticality of the hanging pillar are rectified through a displacement adjusting device; 6 the temporary connecting ear plate and a hanging ear are cut off, and are welded with a horse plate, thereby enabling the hanging pillar to be temporarily fixedly connected with the below base pillar; and 7 the bottom surface of the hanging pillar and the top surface of the below base pillar are welded to complete mounting of one hanging pillar. The method for mounting the hanging pillar is simple and normative in operation during mounting process, and provides a simple, convenient and reasonable method for mounting the hanging pillar for making of steel structures.
