The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a regenerated brick capable of purifying water, relating to the technical field of building materials. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing glue, dehydrating sugar mill lime sludge, evenly mixing the dehydrated lime sludge with slag and construction waste, grinding, roasting to obtain roasted granules, evenly mixing the obtained glue and roasted granules with polyacrylamide, carrying out compression molding, demolding and curing. The method solves the problem that abundant sugar mill sludge is recycled and subjected to innocent treatment and is used for effectively purifying a polluted water body, and has obvious compression resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-seepage capacity.
