A construction heat insulation material using construction wastes is prepared from, by weight, 6-14 parts of a mineral admixture, 3-6 parts of an antistatic agent, 9-14 parts of sodium fluorosilicate, 9-14 parts of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, 7-14 parts of fly ash, 6-10 parts of calcined desulfurized gypsum powder, 6-8 parts of polyvinyl formal, 7-10 parts of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, 2-6 parts of inorganic fiber, 4-10 parts of oaklet wood chip, 1-4 parts of thermoplastic resin, 6-9 parts of sodium salicylate, 2-5 parts of charcoal powder, 15-24 parts of cement, 2-4 parts of oil shale particles and 50-65 parts of construction wastes. The construction heat insulation material using construction wastes as a raw material has the advantages of reduction of resource wastes and environmental pollution, and very good heat insulation effect.
