HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL FOR CONSTRUCTION, HEAT INSULATION DOOR PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL FOR CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation material for construction capable of improving heat insulation performance, a heat insulation door panel and a manufacturing method of a heat insulation material for construction.SOLUTION: A heat insulation material 10 for construction has a resin foam body 22 formed with a plurality of bubble parts 20 by a resin skeleton 18, and on a surface of the resin skeleton 18 contacting with the bubble parts 20, provided is an infrared reflection material 30 having lower emissivity than a resin material constituting the resin skeleton 18. Also, a heat insulation door panel 12 using the heat insulation material 10 for construction is configured such that a surface material 14 is bonded and fixed to both surfaces of the heat insulation material 10 for construction formed into a tabular shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】断熱性能を向上させることができる建築用断熱材、断熱ドアパネル及び建築用断熱材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】建築用断熱材10は、樹脂骨格18によって複数の気泡部20を形成した樹脂発泡体22を有する構成において、気泡部20に接触する樹脂骨格18の表面に、樹脂骨格18を構成する樹脂材よりも放射率が低い赤外線反射材30を設けている。また、この建築用断熱材10を用いた断熱ドアパネル12は、板状に形成した建築用断熱材10の両面に表面材14を接着固定した構成となっている。【選択図】図1
