Fire retardant insulation mortar for building's exterior and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses a fire retardant insulation mortar for the building's exterior, which is characterized being prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 2-4 parts of waste rubber powder, 35-40 parts of glass beads, 3-5 parts of microporous calcium silicate, 1-2 parts of zinc borate, 33-38 parts of ordinary cement, 0.4-0.6 part of calcium sulphoaluminate, 0.5-1 part of sodium polyacrylate, 0.2-0.4 part of alum, 1-2 parts of dodecanol, 1-1.2 parts of sodium silicate, and 8-10parts of a synergist; the formulation of the fire retardant insulation mortar is scientific and reasonable, the added waste rubber powder can enhance the product's impact resistance; the added calcium sulphoaluminate can play an effect of compensation and shrink, filling the gap of the cement sufficiently, and preventing insulation mortar cracking; the added zinc borate has good flame retardant effect, and by adding of the synergist, the product's fire retardant properties can be further enhanced, meanwhile straw as the base material is energy-saving and environmental-friendly, and the fire retardant insulation mortar is suitable for insulation of a variety of building's exteriors, and the construction is simple.
