Fireproof flame-retardant thermal insulation mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses fireproof flame-retardant thermal insulation mortar which is prepared by uniformly mixing a solid material and a liquid material according to a weight ratio of 1: 3.5-4.5. Theinvention further discloses a preparation method of the fireproof flame-retardant thermal insulation mortar. In a preparation process of modified lignocellulose, methyl is introduced into the surfaceof the etherified lignocellulose, so that the surface of the lignocellulose has good surface activity, and the mixing and dispersing effects of the lignocellulose in the mortar are improved; the modified lignocellulose has good thickening and film-forming properties; when the mortar is prepared, the modified lignocellulose can improve the crack resistance of the mortar after drying, and a gel solution formed by the modified lignocellulose can achieve a water retention effect; meanwhile, the modified lignocellulose gel coating the surfaces of the hollow glass beads can improve the mixing and connecting effects of the hollow glass beads and other components such as cement in the mortar.
本发明公开了一种防火阻燃保温砂浆,由固态物料与液态物料按照重量比1:3.5‑4.5均匀混合而成;本发明还公开了一种防火阻燃保温砂浆的制备方法,在改性木质纤维素的制备过程中,通过在醚化的木质纤维素的表面引入甲基,从而使木质纤维素的表面具有良好的表面活性,提升木质纤维素在砂浆中的混合分散效果,同时改性处理后的木质纤维素具有良好的增稠成膜性质,另外在制备砂浆时,改性木质纤维素一方面能够起到提升砂浆干燥后抗裂纹的能力,另外一方面改性木质纤维素所形成的凝胶液能够起到保水的效果,同时包覆在空心玻璃微珠表面的改性木质纤维素凝胶能够提升空心玻璃微珠与砂浆中水泥等其它组分的混合与连接效果。
