A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a concrete for PHC (prestressed high-strength concrete) pipe piles, which is composed of 42.5R-grade Portland cement, aluminate cement, fluoaluminate cement, macadam, fly ash, silica sand powder, slag powder, metakaolin, gold tailings, a water reducing agent, calcium carbonate nanoparticles, latex powder, desulfurized gypsum, calcium lignosulphonate powder, heptasodium diethylenetriamine penta(methylene phosphate), steel fibers, alumina powder, and zirconium silicate nanoparticles. The concrete has the advantages of excellent bonding property with steel bars, favorable erosion resistance, high acid/alkali resistance and high density.
