A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a concrete for PTC (prestressed thin-wall concrete) pipe piles, which is composed of 42.5R-grade calcium silicate cement, volcanic ash cement, sulfoaluminate cement, fine sand, fly ash, silica sand powder, slag powder, metakaolin, polypropylene fibers, a water reducing agent, barium carbonate nanoparticles, latex powder, calcium powder, calcium lignosulphonate powder, heptasodium diethylenetriamine penta(methylene phosphate), steel fibers, dihydrate gypsum and zirconium calcium silicate nanoparticles. The concrete has the advantages of excellent bonding property with steel bars, favorable erosion resistance, high acid/alkali resistance and high density.
