The invention discloses a preparation method of a garnet-type aluminate fluorescence ceramic and the prepared fluorescence ceramic. The method comprises a process for melting garnet-type aluminate fluorescence ceramic by employing an electron beam melting technology, and comprises the following steps: 1) melting the garnet-type aluminate fluorescence ceramic by employing the electron beam melting technology, 2)annealing a sample after melting; and 3)performing post-treatment process on the sample after annealing to obtain the fluorescence ceramic. Compared with the ceramic preparation technology in prior art, the preparation method has the advantages of simple process and low cost, and the prepared fluorescence ceramic has the advantages of high light transmittance and excellent optical output performance.
