The invention discloses a preparation method of magnesium aluminate spinel transparent ceramic, and relates to the preparation method of magnesium aluminate spinel ceramic. The problems that existingpressureless sintering is long in heat preservation time and low in heating rate are solved; the following problems are also solved: hot-pressing sintering often needs to add a sintering aid, the grain size is large, and a sample with a complex shape is difficult to prepare; the magnesium aluminate spinel transparent ceramic prepared by spark plasma sintering is poor in optical performance. The method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out compression molding or gel casting molding on magnesium aluminate spinel powder to obtain a ceramic biscuit; 2, putting the ceramic biscuit into thecenter of an aluminum oxide ceramic crucible, and then sleeving the aluminum oxide ceramic crucible filled with the ceramic biscuit into a silicon carbide ceramic crucible; 3, sintering the sleeved crucible filled with the ceramic biscuit in a microwave sintering furnace; and 4, placing the magnesium aluminate spinel ceramic block in a hot isostatic pressing furnace for hot isostatic pressing. The invention is used for preparing the magnesium aluminate spinel transparent ceramic.
一种镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷的制备方法,本发明涉及镁铝尖晶石陶瓷的制备方法。本发明要解决现有无压烧结保温时间长,升温速率慢。热压烧结常需要加入烧结助剂,晶粒尺寸大,难以制备复杂形状的样品。放电等离子烧结制备的镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷光学性能不好的问题。方法:一、将镁铝尖晶石粉体压制成型或凝胶注模成型,得到陶瓷素坯;二、将陶瓷素坯放入氧化铝陶瓷坩埚的中央,然后将装有陶瓷素坯的氧化铝陶瓷坩埚套入碳化硅陶瓷坩埚中;三、将装有陶瓷素坯的套装坩埚置于微波烧结炉烧结;四、将镁铝尖晶石陶瓷块体置于热等静压炉内热等静压。本发明用于镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷的制备。
