Preparation method of amphiprotic polycarboxylate-type ceramic dispersing agent
The invention relates to a preparation method of an amphiprotic polycarboxylate-type ceramic dispersing agent. The method comprises the following steps: 1, dissolving 0.6-4.27mol initiator, 2-13.5mol monomer A, 4-10mol monomer B, 2-8mol monomer C and 1mol monomer D by a proper amount of water in a reactor under 60 degrees centigrade to 80 degrees centigrade; 2, adding 0.27-1.28mol reducing agent, 0.675-1.35mol chain transfer agent, and 7.5-43mol monomer A into a proper amount of water, stirring them to make a mixed aqueous solution, and adding the aqueous solution into the reactor; 3, cooling down the solution to a temperature below 40 degrees centigrade, then dripping an alkaline solution into the reactor until the pH value of the solution in the reactor is equal to 7-10, thereby obtaining the amphiprotic polycarboxylate-type ceramic dispersing agent. The preparation method of the amphiprotic polycarboxylate-type ceramic dispersing agent has the advantages that: 1, the ceramic dispersing agent is widely adaptive, with low cost, high water reducing rate and good repeatability as well as stability; 2, the preparation process is safe and environment-friendly.
