The invention discloses a dual-purpose asphalt mixture stirring device. The stirring device comprises an aggregate graduation system, a drying system, a dedusting and dust guiding system, a thermal aggregate lifting system, a sieving system, a material weighing supply system, a mixture stirring system, a three-supply system and a control system. The sieving system comprises a sieving device, a bypass device and a bypass channel. The aggregate graduation system comprises a cold aggregate storage cabin and a continuous accumulation metering device. The stirring device is convenient to use, is close to actual needs, can control whether access of the bypass channel is needed automatically according to difference of raw materials and raises the production efficiency. The weight and the speed of conveyed aggregate can be monitored through the continuous accumulation metering device. Continuous and automatic control of graduation and supply amounts is achieved according to set supply amounts and graduation of ore materials.
