The invention provides a novel structural sound-absorption brick. The novel structural sound-absorption brick comprises a pressure-bearing part (4) and a sound-absorption part (5) which faces to a noise side and is matched with the pressure-bearing part (4), wherein the pressure-bearing part (4) adopts a hollow structure, openings are formed in more than one surface of the pressure-bearing part (4), the sound-absorption part (5) is stuffed to a gap of the pressure-bearing part (4) and forms a sound-absorption structure with a sound-absorption surface with a certain thickness on the noise side. The invention further provides a special mold and a preparation method for preparing the novel structural sound-absorption brick. The mold is simple in structure and high in production efficiency. The preparation method is high in maneuverability, rich in raw material sources and easy to perform industrialized production.
