The invention provides a preparation method and a special mold of archaized brick. The mold comprises a bottom plate, a front baffle, a rear baffle, a left side plate and a right side plate. The frontbaffle, the rear baffle, the left side plate and the right side plate are sequentially connected end to end and are arranged above a bottom plate. A cavity without any top cover is enclosed by the front baffle, the rear baffle, the left side plate, the right side plate and the bottom plate. The cavity is internally provided with a plurality of forming plates. According to the preparation method of the archaized brick, all raw materials are prepared according to a certain proportion, stirred and then subjected to mold filling, demolding is carried out after curing under certain conditions, andthen curing is carried out again to obtain the archaized brick. On one hand, the archaized brick manufactured can reduce the weight of building block so as to reduce the material cost; and on the other hand, closed air can be used as a heat insulation layer, so that the heat preservation effect is greatly improved, a wall body can be directly built in deed, composite heat preservation is formed,and a good heat preservation effect can be achieved without additional heat preservation layers.
本发明提供一种仿古砖的制备方法及其专用模具,模具包括底板、前挡板、后挡板、左侧板及右侧板,所述前挡板、后挡板、左侧板及右侧板首尾依次连接的设置在底板的上方,且所述前挡板、后挡板、左侧板及右侧板与底板共同围成一个没有顶盖的腔体,该腔体内设置有若干个成型板,一种仿古砖的制备方法,包括将各原料按一定比例进行配料,搅拌后进行填模,在一定的条件下养护后脱模,然后再进行养护,得仿古砖,本发明制得的仿古砖一方面可降低砌块的容重,节约材料成本,另一方面可利用封闭空气作为隔热层,大幅度提高保温效果,真正做到直接砌筑墙体,形成复合保温,在不用额外保温层的条件下,就能达到良好的保温效果。
