Disclosed is a stirring wall forming machine. A first eccentric disk is fixed at the lower portion of a first drill spindle, a second eccentric disk is fixed at the lower portion of a second drill spindle, a third eccentric disk is fixed at the lower portion of a third drill spindle, and a fourth eccentric disk is fixed at the lower portion of a fourth drill spindle; the front portions of the first eccentric disk, the second eccentric disk, the third eccentric disk and the fourth eccentric disk are provided with a first cutting arm, and the rear portions of the first eccentric disk, the second eccentric disk, the third eccentric disk and the fourth eccentric disk are provided with a second cutting arm; the first eccentric disk is provided with a first slide sleeve, the first slide sleeve is fixed to the second cutting arm by use of a second connecting arm, the second eccentric disk is provided with a second slide sleeve, the second slide sleeve is fixed to the first cutting arm by use of a second connecting arm, the third eccentric disk is provided with a third slide sleeve, the third slide sleeve is fixed to the second cutting arm by use of a second connecting arm, the fourth eccentric disk is provided with a fourth slide sleeve, and the fourth slide sleeve is fixed to the first cutting arm by use of one second connecting arm; and the lower portion of the first cutting arm is provided with multiple cutting knifes, and the lower portion of the second cutting arm is provided with multiple cutting knives.
