Disclosed is an application method of a stirring wall forming machine. A first eccentric disk, through a first slide sleeve and a second connecting arm on the first slide sleeve, and a third eccentric disk, through a third slide sleeve and a second connecting arm on the third slide sleeve, jointly drive a second cutting arm to swing in a forwarding process. A second eccentric disk, through a second slide sleeve and a second connecting arm on the second slide sleeve, and a fourth eccentric disk, through a fourth slide sleeve and a second connecting arm on the fourth slide sleeve, jointly drive a first cutting arm to swing in a reversing process. In the process of mutual reversal swing of the first cutting arm and the second cutting arm, multiple cutting knives at the lower portion of the first cutting arm and multiple cutting knives at the lower portion of the second cutting arm, cut and stir soil which is not cut and stirred in an overlapping area of a first drilling head, a second drilling head, a third drilling head and a fourth drilling head to form slurry, and the slurry flows out of holes so as to finish hole formation.
