The well cover is connected to the side of the well curb body through an arc-shaped support in a turnover mode, multiple protrusions are arranged at the contact position of the well cover and an annular base plate of the well curb body, the well cover is connected to the inner side of the well curb body through an arc-shaped support in a turnover mode, and eight reinforcement ribs are arrayed in the part, around the center of the well cover, of the bottom of the well cover. Each reinforcement rib comprises a surface layer and a cover sealing layer, wire grooves are formed in the two sides of the surface layer of each reinforcement rib, and carbon fibers are laid inside the wire grooves. By the adoption of the well curb, the problem that a well curb is frozen in winter is effectively solved.
