The invention discloses an anti-theft manhole cover. The anti-theft manhole cover comprises a cover body. Two openings are arranged at symmetric positions relative to the center of two ends of the cover body and provided with lock cover plates. Lock cylinders are arranged on the lock cover plates. The bottom of the cover body of opening positions is provided with anti-theft bolts. The anti-theft bolts are slidably connected to the bottom of the cover body and horizontally slide at the bottom of the cover body. By adoption of the above mode, the anti-theft manhole cover has following beneficial effects: dual antitheft of the manhole cover is achieved; the cover surface of the manhole cover can be sealed by utilization of the lock cover plates; the anti-theft bolts can be mounted at the bottom of the manhole cover for fixing the manhole cover; due to the fact that the anti-theft bolts are installed at positions corresponding to the bottoms of the lock cover plates, installation personnel can conveniently open up for adjusting the anti-theft bolts.
