A manhole cover anti-theft monitoring device comprises a monitoring assembly and a cast iron manhole cover with a handle hole, the monitoring assembly comprises a magnetic base, a vertical rod is connected to the lower portion of the magnetic base, the lower portion of the vertical rod is sleeved with a bearing, an inner ring of the bearing is fixed to the vertical rod, and an outer ring of the bearing is connected with a connecting rod extending obliquely upwards. The upper end of the connecting rod is connected with a metal rolling ball close to the bottom of the cast iron well lid, a suspension rod is rotationally connected to the lower portion of the upper end of the connecting rod, a storage box is arranged at the lower end of the suspension rod, a storage battery and a circuit boardconnected with the storage battery are arranged in the storage box, and a microprocessor, an inclination angle sensor, a positioning module and a wireless communication module are integrally connectedto the circuit board. One side of the top portion of the suspension rod is provided with an arc-shaped angle adjusting plate vertically connected with the connecting rod. The manhole cover anti-theftmonitoring device has the advantages that the inclination state of a manhole cover when the manhole cover is stolen can be accurately detected through the sensor, potential safety hazards are eliminated, maintenance personnel do not need to check the manhole cover one by one, the process is simple, and time and labor are saved.
