The invention discloses a pedestal pan stool defecation device. The pedestal pan stool defecation device comprises a pedestal pan stool which is formed by a stool surface and supporting legs; the center of the stool surface is provided with an opening; a defecation device body is arranged in the opening; the top of the defecation device body is provided with a sitting opening; the bottom of the defecation device body is provided with a stool guide opening; the edge of the top of the defecation device body is provided with an outward flange; the stool surface is formed at the bottom of the flange in a straddled mode; the top of the defecation device body, which is located at the tail end of the sitting opening, is provided with a connecting opening; the connecting opening is communicated with a flow guide hole which is located in an inner chamber of the defecation device body; the flow guide hole is provided with a plurality of flushing holes which are communicated with the inner chamber of the defecation device body; the connecting opening is provided with a water tank. According to the pedestal pan stool defecation device, the structure is simple; the defecation device which is similar to a toilet is arranged on the pedestal pan stool in a straddled mode, the defecation device can be formed by plastic, and accordingly the weight is light, the use is convenient, the condition that the spool is splashed outside a squatting pan can be effectively prevented, and the hygienic and tidy appearance of the squatting pan is ensured; meanwhile the pedestal pan stool defecation device is convenient to clean and can be used in the field and the adaptability is high.
