The invention discloses a vacuum insulation composite board. The vacuum insulation composite board comprises an insulation board, a first protective layer which is paved on one side surface and the peripheral surface of the insulation board, a second protective layer which covers the insulation board and the first protective layer and a third protective layer which is paved at the outer side of the second protective layer contacting with the other side surface of the insulation board. The invention also discloses a process method for preparing a thin plastering system by utilizing the vacuum insulation composite board, wherein the process method comprises the following steps: a: processing a base-layer wall; b: preparing mortar; c: jointing a plurality of vacuum insulation composite boards and then paving the jointed vacuum insulation composite boards on the base-layer wall to form a plurality of holes in the base-layer wall; d: marking anchoring parts; e: coating rendering coat mortar on each vacuum insulation composite board; f: paving an enhancement layer; g: mounting the anchoring parts; h: re-coating the rendering coat mortar; and i: carrying out finish coat construction. The vacuum insulation composite board disclosed by the invention is high in stability; and the process method for preparing the thin plastering system disclosed by the invention is simple and capable of automatically forming holes for mounting the anchoring parts.
