The invention discloses a damp-proof and sound-proof hollow brick which comprises a brick body, wherein long rectangular through holes are formed in the brick body symmetrically; a plurality of through holes are uniformly formed between two long rectangular through holes; and round raised bars are arranged on the outer surface of the brick body. According to the damp-proof and sound-proof hollow brick, the structural design is reasonable; the volume of the hollow inside the brick body can be increased, and at the same time, the requirement for the strength of the brick body is met; and after the volume of the hollow is increased, air in the middle can isolate moisture and noise, so that damp-proof and sound-proof effects are achieved.
