The invention relates to the technical field of wood house construction and provides a ventilation device of a wood roof. The ventilation device of the wood roof comprises a supporting base and a waterproof cover. The supporting base used for being fixed with the wood roof comprises a supporting plate provided with a ventilation hole and a ventilation duct fixed on the ventilation hole, and an airflow guiding edge is arranged at the end, away from the ventilation hole, of the ventilation duct. The ventilation duct is covered with the waterproof cover, and a flowing air duct is preserved between the ventilation duct and the waterproof cover which are partly connected through supporting parts. By the adoption of the ventilation device, the ventilation effect of the internal material of the wood roof can be improved, the water resistance and insect prevention effects of the ventilation hole can be guaranteed, and then the durability of the wood roof can be guaranteed.
