The invention discloses a roof ventilation device, a ventilative roof and a building. The roof ventilation device comprises a cavity and an air channel. The air channel is a barrel, and can communicate with a space in a house. The top end of the air channel and the cavity are fixedly connected and communicate with each other, and ventilative louvers are arranged on a bottom plate of the cavity. The ventilative roof comprises a roof body and the roof ventilation device. A waterproof layer is fixedly arranged on the roof body, and tiles are arranged on the waterproof layer. The ventilation device is fixedly arranged on a ridge of the roof body, the bottom end of the air channel is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the waterproof layer, and the length of the ventilation device is not greater than the length of the roof body. The building comprises the ventilative roof. The ventilation device opens downwards, the roof ventilation device is arranged on the ridge without damaging the structure of the roof, and the roof ventilation device has a large length, so the building is good in ventilation effect, not prone to water leakage and high in structural strength.
