The invention discloses a high-weatherability clamp groove floorboard, which comprises a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) base board and a layer of ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) co-extrusion layer covering the surface of the base board, wherein a convex part is arranged at the front part of the base board; a concave part is arranged at the back part of the base board; the convex part and the concave part are used for clamp connection; the convex parts and the concave parts of the base boards can form connecting structures among the floorboards through end-to-end clamp connection; a main board of the base board is hollow; a plurality of support rods in parallel arrangement are arranged between the upper and lower walls of the main body of the base board; a connecting board is arranged at the tail part of the base board; and an installing hole is formed in the connecting board. The invention also discloses a preparing method of the high-weatherability clamp groove floorboard. The clamp groove floorboard has the advantages that the ASA co-extrusion layer covers the surface of the PVC base board, so that the weatherability and the strength of the floorboard are enhanced; the end-to-end clamp connection structure of the floorboard is firm and tight; the insertion connection is convenient; and the fixation is convenient.
