Pre-stressed reinforcement tension self-lock device
The invention provides a pre-stressed reinforcement tension self-lock device which comprises a tension beam, at least one jack, supporting legs, a hanging plate and tension rods. The jacks are mounted in the tension beam, one end of each supporting leg is connected at the bottom of the corresponding jack, the other end of the supporting leg extends out of an end plate of the tension beam, the hanging plate is mounted on the inner side of the end plate, a plurality of holes are formed in the hanging plate, a plurality of corresponding through holes are formed in the end plate, ends of the tension rods extend into the tension beam and are clamped on the hanging plate, synchronous motors are mounted on the outer side of the end plate, and a belt is arranged on the synchronous motors and corresponds to lock nuts on the tension rods. The pre-stressed reinforcement tension self-lock device has the advantages that by the aid of the technical scheme, automation replaces manual operation, production efficiency is improved, and uniformity and stability of a pre-stressed reinforcement tension valve are ensured.
