The invention relates to a no-avoiding high-rise three-dimensional parking tower garage, which comprises a double-row layer shelf, a vertical pipe, a rotation driving mechanism, vehicle platform plates, a hanging frame and a lifting driving mechanism, wherein the rotation driving mechanism is used for controlling the rotation of the vertical pipe; the vehicle platform plates are used for parking vehicles; the hanging frame is matched with the vehicle platform plates in a hooking way; the lifting driving mechanism is used for controlling the hanging frame to lift; the hanging frame is arranged outside the vertical pipe in a vertically movable way; the double-row layer shelf is provided with at least seven layers; each layer is provided with a left bracket and a right bracket which are used for bearing the corresponding vehicle platform plates; one vehicle platform plate is arranged on each bracket; a walkway is left between the left and right brackets; an upper guide rail and a lower guide rail are respectively arranged on the double-row layer shelf and are corresponding to the upper end and the lower end of the walkway; the upper guide rail and the lower guide rail are respectively provided with an upper moving box and a lower moving box which synchronously walk; the vertical pipe and the lifting driving mechanism are horizontally and rotatably arranged between the upper moving box and the lower moving box; and the rotation driving mechanism is arranged in the upper moving box, the lower moving box or the vertical pipe. The tower garage is provided with more than seven layers, and the upper moving box and the lower moving box synchronously drive the vertical pipe to forwards and backwards walk, so that the operation is relatively safe and reliable.
