The invention relates to an access platform of a double-tower three-dimensional parking garage, and belongs to the field of three-dimensional parking garages. The access platform comprises a front foundation pit formed in the bottom of a front tower, a rear foundation pit formed in the bottom of a rear tower, a front rotary table mounted in the front foundation pit and a rear rotary table mountedin the rear foundation pit, wherein the front rotary table and the rear rotary table are used for steering of a vehicle; a lifting floor and a lifting device are arranged in the front foundation pit,a mounting opening is formed in the lifting floor, the front rotary table is mounted in the mounting opening, the lifting device is located at the bottom of the lifting floor, and the lifting device is used for driving the lifting floor to move up and down to enable the lifting floor to be flush with the front rotary table; and the moving distance of the lifting floor in the vertical direction islarger than the height of the front rotary table. The vehicle to be parked can drive on the lifting floor to pass through the front tower and then drive to a vehicle containing plate of the rear rotary table to be parked, and then double-tower parking can be effectively operated.
