The invention discloses an alley stacking type stereo parking device and a vehicle access method. A vehicle carrying plate transceiving apparatus is composed of an opening-closing mechanism (12), an elevating mechanism (13), a conveyer A (9), a conveyer B (10) and a conveyer C (11). Through organic cooperation among the opening-closing mechanism (12), the elevating mechanism (13) and each conveyer, vehicle carrying plates left behind after vehicles depart can be collected on the opening-closing mechanism (12) in a cache region (7), and the vehicle carrying plates on the opening-closing mechanism (12) can also be used for parking the vehicles, such that the process of accessing the vehicle carrying plates by a stacking device is omitted, the vehicle access speed is fast, and the equipment efficiency is high.
