The aerial stacking system comprises a translation system, a lifting system and a grabbing system; the translation system is used for driving the lifting system and the grabbing system to move in the horizontal direction; the vertical lifting is used for driving the grabbing system to lift in the vertical direction; the grabbing system is used for grabbing the parking frame within a set range beside the parking frame; wherein the side setting range of the parking frame is that the setting range of any side of the parking frame is smaller than the length of any side edge of the parking frame, the lifting system drives the grabbing system to ascend and descend from the side of the parking frame to the position lower than the height of the parking frame, and the thickness of the grabbing system is smaller than the setting range of the corresponding side of the parking frame.
