The invention discloses a double-layer fence which solves the technical problems that in the prior art, the double-layer fence is unstable in structure and long in construction period. The double-layer fence comprises two layers of meshes, wherein each mesh comprises a rectangular side frame, a plurality of cross rods arranged on the rectangular side frame and a plurality of longitudinal rods; the cross rods and the longitudinal rods are connected in a crossed mode for dividing an area enclosed by the rectangular side frame into a plurality of rectangular grids; reinforcing ribs are arranged in the rectangular grids; threaded holes which are communicated with front and rear end surfaces of the meshes are formed in the reinforcing ribs; a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the cross rods and the longitudinal rods respectively; a plurality of positioning rods are arranged between the two layers of the meshes; and the two ends of each positioning rod are connected with two positioning holes which are horizontally aligned in the two layers of the meshes respectively.
