The invention discloses a door core structure of a fireproof door and manufacturing methods. The door core structure comprises a frame and a composite board; the frame comprises four supports and four locking parts; the supports are connected with one another to form filling space in a defined manner, and the filling space allows the composite board to be contained; a groove is formed in the inner surface of each support, and the locking parts lock two adjacent supports and are arranged in the corresponding grooves in a stretching manner; and the composite board comprises a board body and four embedding clamping strips which protrude out of the side faces of the board body and are embedded and clamped in the corresponding the grooves. The invention further provides wet type and dry type manufacturing methods of the door core structure of the fireproof door.
