The invention relates to the technical field of materials of fireproof doors, in particular to a material for manufacturing a fireproof door core and a manufacturing method of the fireproof door core, and the material mainly comprises the following components by mass: desulfurized gypsum powder, perlite and water. The preparation method of the material comprises the following steps: calcining the desulfurized gypsum powder, and uniformly mixing the desulfurized gypsum powder with the perlite in proportion to obtain a powdery mixture; mixing the powdery mixture with water according to a ratio, pouring into a stirrer, and stirring until the mixture is pasty; injecting the stirred paste into a mold, scraping by using a machine, and entering an initial setting stage; and the mold continues to run for 15 min on the assembly line, final setting can be achieved, the mold enters the demolding stage, and production is completed. The volume weight of an existing fireproof door and an existing fireproof suite door can be reduced, the fireproof performance is improved, and the production efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及防火门的材料技术领域,特别指一种制作防火门芯的材料及防火门芯制作方法,材料主要包括以下质量组份为:脱硫石膏粉、珍珠岩和水。材料制作方法为将脱硫石膏粉经过煅烧处理后与珍珠岩按照比例混匀为粉状混合物;粉状混合物与水按照比例混合并倒入搅拌机中搅拌至膏状为止;搅拌后的膏状物注入模具,使用机械刮平,进入初凝阶段;模具继续在流水线上继续运行15min即可达成终凝,进入脱模阶段,完成生产。本发明能够减轻现有防火门、防火套装门的容重,提升防火性能,提高生产效率。
