An organic peroxide and transition metal salt promoting system is adopted for incurring the acrylic-based resin at normal temperature for effective solidification; kinds of function assistant are added creatively into the acrylic-based resin in order to perform sufficient crosslinking on polymethyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate and form a line, net and body macromolecular structure after solidification, and therefore the bending resistance, impact and corrosion resistance and surface hardness of the material are improved.
