The invention discloses thermal insulation mortar with good construction performance due to the addition of bamboo charcoal fiber. The thermal insulation mortar is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 13-15 parts of glazed hollow bead, 10-12 parts of expanded vermiculite powder, 2-3 parts of expanded graphite, 5-7 parts of silica sol, 4-6 parts of carclazyte, 2-3 parts of PP (Propene Polymer) fiber, 35-40 parts of cement, 13-16 parts of pottery sand, 0.5-0.8 part of calcium formate, 2-2.5 parts of the crushed bamboo charcoal fiber and 8-10 parts of a synergist. A formula is reasonable, the glazed hollow beads are added as lightweight aggregates, and components such as the carclazyte, the expanded vermiculite and the expanded graphite are further added, so that the lubricating property is good, and the fluidity and the workability of a product are improved; due to the addition of the bamboo charcoal fiber, the air permeability and the antibacterial property are achieved, the thermal insulation and the high air permeability of the product are ensured; due to the addition of the synergist, the thermal insulation mortar has great crack resistance, high-temperature resistance and fire resistance; by the adoption of the environment-friendly formula, the thermal insulation mortar is light in weight, air-permeable, good in construction performance and convenient to operate.
