Method for preparing gypsum composite material by taking rejected carbon fiber as reinforcing fiber
The invention mainly relates to a technology for preparing gypsum composite material from rejected products produced in a carbon fiber production process and subjected to surface treatment. Particularly, the technology is implemented through the following steps: first cutting rejected carbon filaments produced in a carbonization process during carbon fiber production into short filaments with the lengths of 2-3 mm, and adding 5% alkali liquor for washing; adding the washed rejected carbon filaments in a reaction kettle, adding 20% nitric acid according to the ratio of 1:5, performing treatment at 100 DEG C for 4 hours, and absorbing a little NO produced during treatment with a dilute NaOH solution; removing a treating solution by centrifugation, and performing water washing to enable the carbon filaments to be neutral; adding the rejected carbon filaments subjected to oxidation treatment into a 5% ammonia-water solution, stirring for 1 hour, removing the ammonia-water solution by centrifugation, and performing water washing to enable the carbon filaments to be neutral to obtain rejected carbon filaments subjected to surface treatment; mixing 10 parts of rejected carbon filaments subjected to surface treatment and 90 parts of gypsum powder, adding 60 parts of water, performing stirring uniformly to obtain a mixture, pouring the mixture into a 40mm*40mm*160mm mould, performing ultrasonic vibration for 2 minutes, performing demoulding after the mould stands for 12 hours, and performing curing at room temperature for 7 days, so that the gypsum composite material achieves the mechanical property of 4.75 MPa and the compression strength of 7.86 MPa.
