The chemical formula of the microwave dialectic ceramic is (1-n) MgTi1-x (Al0.5Nb0.5) xO3-nSrTi1-ySiyO3, wherein the n is bigger than 0.01 and smaller than 0.08; the x is bigger than 0.01 and smaller than 0.05; the y is bigger than 0.03 and smaller than 0.06. Correspondingly, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the microwave dielectric ceramic with the stable temperature and adjustable dialectic constant. The final product provided by the invention has the adjustable dielectric constant (20-30, 25 DEG C), high quality factors (over 50000), adjustable temperature stability (equal to or smaller than +/-300 ppm/DEG C, a temperature range: minus 40 DEG C to 85 DEG C); under the situation that the stable temperature is guaranteed, the dielectric constant can be adjusted within a larger range, the design of microwave elements and parts with different sizes is achieved, and the microwave dialectic ceramic is convenient for application.
