The invention provides a production method of a ceramic ferrule and a production method of partially stabilized zirconia powder for the ceramic ferrule. The production method of the ceramic ferrule has the advantages that by the synergic effect of zirconia, cerium oxide, magnesium oxide, strontium oxide, nano silica and molybdenum oxide is used to improve the linear expansion coefficient, the thermal stress performance and thermal mechanical performance of zirconia ceramics, high material strength and toughness are achieved, and materials are good in heat and vibration resistance and less prone to deformation; polyolefin elastomer, polypropylene, polyethylene wax and the like are polymerized in the partially stabilized zirconia powder by adding ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer to form a stable penetrating network structure; oleic acid, polyethylene wax, microcrystalline wax and zinc stearate are used as auxiliary binder to achieve good plastic flowability, strength of formed green bodies and homogeneity and high strength of sintered green bodies are guaranteed, and precision is increased; injection molding, degreasing and sintering are combined, and the ceramic ferrule is good in shape and high in density.
