The invention discloses a novel variable stiffness composite pile, and further discloses a construction method of the novel variable stiffness composite pile and a long spiral drilling machine adopted in the method. The novel variable stiffness composite pile comprises a replacement layer and a core pile, wherein the core pile is vertically arranged in the center of the replacement layer, and raw materials forming the replacement layer are in a superflow state when initially injected into a pile hole. The construction method of the novel variable stiffness composite pile comprises the following steps that (1) a drilling rod of the long spiral drilling machine drills to the designed pile base elevation, and a cement-soil slurry is prepared; (2) the drilling rod is lifted upwards in an anti-spiral manner while slurry jacking, during which different materials are pressed into to form function layers with different stiffness; and (3) the core pile is implanted into the cement-soil slurry in the pile hole from the center of a steel sleeve. The composite pile made by the construction method has the benefits that the bearing capacity is high; no waste slurry is discharged; no squeezing effect exists; the composite pile can be adapted to stiffness requirements of different soil properties and soil layers; and the purpose of saving the cost of the materials on the premise of no reduction in stiffness is realized.
