The cement soil added in the construction process of the outer pile body and the expanded head contains the porous beads with the surfaces coated with the sealant and the interior storing the hydrophobic modifier, hydration of the concrete cannot be affected, and the hydrophobicity of the outer pile body and the expanded head can be improved after the outer pile body and the expanded head are formed; the outer pile body and the expansion head are prevented from being eroded by underground moisture, and the service life of the reinforced expansion pile is prolonged.
