Urban complex underground obstacle working condition occlusive pile enclosure construction method
An urban complex underground obstacle working condition occlusive pile enclosure construction method includes the steps of firstly, manufacturing concrete guide walls on the pile tops of occlusive piles; secondly, putting a drilling machine in place; thirdly, forming holes by taking out earth; fourthly, hanging a pile A reinforcement cage; fifthly, pouring concrete; sixthly, forming piles by pulling out pipes, wherein the piles are pulled while concrete is poured, and the casing pipes are kept lower than the concrete surface by not smaller than 2.5 m all the time. By means of the follow-pipe drilling and earth taking method including the step of making a punching-grabbing drill or twist drill completely sleeved with the casing pipes, the drilling occlusive piles are continuously constructed, and no construction cold joints with soil exist between the piles; hole collapse, hole shrinkage, hole chambering and other common quality problems are solved, the sand drifting phenomenon and sand gushing phenomenon in holes are effectively avoided, the pile forming quality is ensured through the complete-sleeving hole protecting method, and the piles are closely meshed to form a whole construction-joint-free continuous foundation pit enclosure structure. Sedimentation and deformation can be easily controlled, and construction can be conducted adjacent to close buildings and underground pipelines; obstacle removal construction is not needed; dry hole operation can be conducted during construction, and mud discharging is not needed; the reinforcement ratio of a supporting structure is decreased.
