Underground pile type obstacle pulling construction method and system
The invention discloses a construction method and system for pulling out an underground pile type obstacle. The construction method comprises the following steps that a sleeve is rotated to stretch into a pile body; the rotary sleeve drives the pile body to rotate until the pile body is twisted off; the broken part of the pile body is grabbed out; the second step and the third step are repeated according to needs till the pile body is completely pulled out; the construction system comprises a sleeve, a full-slewing drilling machine, a wedge-shaped piece and a punching grab bucket. The sleeve is used for being screwed into the pile body and driving the pile body to rotate; the full-slewing drilling machine is used for driving the casing pipe to rotationally extend into the pile body and twist off the pile body; the wedge-shaped piece is used for stretching into the position between the sleeve and the pile body to fasten the sleeve and the pile body. The impact grab bucket is used for grabbing the broken part of the pile body; according to the construction method and system, pile pulling construction can be more economical, environmentally friendly, efficient and rapid, and the construction method and system are suitable for pulling construction of underground pile type obstacles and particularly suitable for pulling construction of municipal piles in complex geology.
