The invention relates to a basement exterior wall structure and a construction method thereof. The exterior wall structure comprises a guide wall structure and an exterior wall structure. The guide wall structure is formed by being poured at the same time with a basement floor structure. The guide wall structure is arranged on the floor structure, and the upper surface of the guide wall structure is an inclined plane. The exterior wall structure is formed on the guide wall structure in a pouring mode. The width of the exterior wall structure is the same as the width of the guide wall structure. The upper surface, making contact with the exterior wall structure, of the guide wall structure is manufactured to be the inclined plane. Through the inclined plane, the rigidity transmitted from the floor structure is evenly decreased, and the rigidity at the top end position of the inclined plane is zero. Accordingly, when the exterior wall structure is poured, exterior wall cracking caused by stress concentration due to sudden transmitting changes is avoided, the inclined plane greatly reduces rigidity constraint, and the concrete of the exterior wall structure is made to expand and contract to achieve deformation, so that cracks are reduced.
